Alliance Select Program Information
Alliance Select is pleased to announce plans for the 2014 Summer Select Program!
This established (3rd year) program is for youth soccer players who wish to progress their soccer skills, participate in 6 weeks of high level training, play in two tournaments, and most of all have fun! The Alliance Select Program provides 18 hours of training during the six weeks and two tournaments for about the cost of a one-week summer camp. Alliance select is a program provided by four soccer clubs, Amity AC Soccer, Boyertown Soccer Club, Coventry Soccer Club, and Pottsgrove Soccer club. All four clubs encourage their players to participate but the Alliance is open to all players.
What is a Summer Select program?
The Alliance Select Summer Program is an opportunity for youth soccer players to train and play competitive soccer in June and July. Alliance Select is for players who love the game and want to enhance their soccer ability and make some new friends along the way! Players will represent Alliance Select for the months of June and July after their spring club schedule is completed. Each player will receive 6 weeks of high level intense training with high quality trainers. Teams will have three hours worth of training time each week and an additional position specific training session. All Alliance Select teams will be participating in 2 tournaments in 2014. The coaching/training will be provided by Atlantic Soccer Factory (ASF).
Each team will have an experienced ASF coach who will guide the newly-formed team through the challenges of playing alongside new players in an academy setting. The ASF coaches will be selecting the 2014 Alliance Select teams based on their evaluations at two tryouts to be held April 4 and April 13, 2014.
