Boyertown Soccer Club is committed to providing a safe environment for our players to grow within the game. It fully supports EPYS in its mandate for all travel and intramural coaches (head and assistants), team managers, and Board of Directors to complete a risk management application through EPYS each soccer year. Some specific information:

1. The form must be completed annually.
2. You need to complete the form for each role that you serve within the club (ie: heach coach of an intramural team and team manager for a travel team.)
3. If the form is completed in the fall, then it does not need to be completed again in the spring.
4. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email from EPYS. This form should be forwarded to the club's registrar, Jen Renninger, for record keeping.
