November 17, 2013 (Hershey, PA) - Congratulations to the U11 BSC Girls Independence on winning the CPYSA Blast in Hershey, PA this weekend! After winning its first three games, one being against the defending champions from last year, the team went into the finals without yielding a goal and continually applying pressure in the offensive third, resulting in 9 goals in the first three games. Going into the finals the girls were eager to play, and after the first 10 minutes, took control of the game. Independence finished off with its best overall game of the year, that resulted in a 5-0 win. Great work players and coaches!
